Sailhero XHCAL3000 Portable dynamic gas calibrator is a microprocessor-based calibrator for calibrating precision gas analyzer. Apply a high-precision mass flow controller to control the flow of compressed gas and diluted gas of standard concentration, which can carry out zero calibration and measuring range calibration for the gas analyzer.
Sailhero XHCAL3000 can be equipped with optional ultraviolet ozone generator to provide ozone gas of accurate and reliable concentration; it is also equipped with an internal gas-phase titration (GPT) chamber to mix NO standard gas and ozone to produce NO2 gas of standard concentration. An optional ozone photometer is arranged inside to measure and control the generation of accurate ozone.
This system is a highly integrated portable calibration equipment, which has the characteristics of high accuracy, small size, light weight and easy outdoor operation. It is mainly used for calibration and demarcation for outdoor small-size air systems.

● Constant temperature and closed-loop control of the ultraviolet lamp ensure the stability of the luminous intensity of the ultraviolet lamp;
● Auto-diagnosis can find out instrument faults conveniently and quickly;
● The instrument has automatic alarm function;
● Built-in dynamic data storage can store and display information such as data query and alarm query;
