    XHAQMS3000 Miniaturized Air Quality Monitoring System

    Sailhero XHAQMS3000 Miniaturized Air Quality Monitoring System features a compact structure. It integrates multiple analysis and monitoring modules for SO₂, NOₓ, CO, O₃, particulate matter and other pollutants, and can simultaneously display the concentration values of six parameters. Each module can be freely combined and interchanged according to customer requirements. The system supports on-site and remote automatic calibration. The monitoring module used in the “XHAQMS3000 Miniaturized Ambient Air (SO2, NOx, O3, CO, PM10, PM2.5) Continuous Automatic Monitoring System” comes from the core module of the “Urban Air Quality Continuous Automatic Monitoring System”. It is compact in structure, integrates multiple analytical monitoring modules for SO2, NOx, CO, O3 and particulate matter, and can display the concentration values of six parameters at the same time. It can be arbitrarily matched and interchanged according to customer needs. The entire system uses one electrical platform control core, which can realize remote control of the system. A built-in high-capacity data storage unit can store massive amounts of data. Monitoring data can be automatically sent to a central station via wired or wireless transmission. It is used in rural air quality and outdoor mobile air quality monitoring (-30℃~50℃), including roads, industrial parks, tunnels, environmental assessment and other fields. The built-in zero gas generator and calibrator, which includes a standard mass flow controller, ozone generator and ultraviolet photometer, can generate accurate calibration gases such as SO2, NO, NO2, CO, O3, etc. On-site and remote automatic calibration is possible. Main Characteristics ● The data collector collects data, is easy to operate, and can store minute and hourly data for more than one year; ● Internal calibrator that can be used to manually and remotely calibrate the instrument for zero and span; ● Automatic start-up function; ● Self-diagnosis and alarm functions, which can easily and quickly identify the faulty part of the instrument; ● Temperature and pressure are automatically compensated and corrected; ● Store and display information such as data queries, alarm queries, and calibration records; ● Automatic particulate matter monitor: safe protection, stable performance: a 14C source with low density, low activity (<60μCi) and long half-life (5700 years) is encapsulated in a specific metal structure, which provides stable measurement without the need for special protection, and will not cause radioactive pollution; ● ● Simple structure and reliable operation: the positioning of the platform motor and paper-feeding motor adopts infrared position detectors, which ensures high repeat positioning accuracy of the instrument and uniform and reliable paper feeding; intelligent heating and humidity control technology is adopted to reduce the impact of sample gas humidity on measurement data; ● Dynamic gas calibrator: built-in standard mass flow controller, ozone generator and ultraviolet photometer, which can generate accurate calibration gases such as SO2, NO, NO2, CO, O3, etc.; ● Automatic sulfur dioxide monitor: uses a hydrocarbon remover to completely eliminate the interference caused by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHS) in the air to the measured value; the source uses a pulse operation mode, and the light source life is more than 6 years; ● Automatic nitrogen oxide monitor: The sample gas alternately passes through a molybdenum furnace, which converts nitrogen oxides (NO2) into nitric oxide (NO) for NO2 measurement. The conversion efficiency of the molybdenum furnace is higher than 96%. The ozone generator uses a non-consumable osmosis membrane dryer, eliminating the hassle of replacing the desiccant; ● Automatic carbon monoxide monitor: uses gas filter correlation (GFC) technology, which is more accurate and sensitive than conventional non-dispersive infrared technology; ● Ozone automatic monitor: the use of ratiometric technology, eliminating the aging of the light source and the absorption cell optical surface contamination on the impact of the measurement results; constant temperature closed-loop control of the ultraviolet lamp to ensure the stability of the luminous intensity of the ultraviolet lamp; ● Communication mode: can choose to transmit data through wireless or wired transmission; ● 5 cutter is the first to pass the appraisal of China General Environmental Monitoring Station; ● Passed the environmental protection certification test of China General Environmental Monitoring Station and the environmental protection product certification of China Environmental Protection Industry Association.
