Sailhero XHCAL2000B Dynamic Gas Calibrator is a device used to calibrate and verify the accuracy of gas detection instruments.Together with standard gases and a zero air generator, it can form a complete calibration system. By adjusting the dilution ratio, it generates standard gases with a series of concentration gradients, providing standard gas concentration references for gas analyzers and ensuring the accuracy of their measurement results.
Sailhero XHCAL2000B Dynamic Gas Calibrator is a microprocessor-based calibrator for calibrating precision gas analyzer. Apply a high-precision mass flow controller to control the flow of compressed gas and diluted gas of standard concentration, which can carry out zero calibration and measuring range calibration for the gas analyzer, and up to four standard gas sources can be used.
Sailhero XHCAL2000B can be equipped with optional ultraviolet ozone generator to provide ozone gas of accurate and reliable concentration; it is also equipped with an internal gas-phase titration (GPT) chamber to mix NO standard gas and ozone to produce NO2 gas of standard concentration. In order to improve the accuracy of ozone generator and GPT, an optional ozone photometer can be internally configured to accurately measure the concentration of produced ozone. In order to ensure the maximum NO2 output accuracy, the calibrator equipped with ozone photometer can accurately measure ozone concentration in advance before starting GPT.
